1. Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, we only use authentic, genuine fragrances that we purchase directly from retail stores & and authorised resellers. 

Based in London, United Kingdom, we have direct and easy access to these legitimate sources.

We carefully & hygienically hand decant all the liquid into our handy travel sized glass spray bottles. We are not directly affiliated with the brands themselves, but simply decant their product and resell it.

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we use express courier services from FedEx & DHL so that we can deliver to most countries within 3-7 business days.

All parcels are fully tracked & are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

3. Are parcels insured for theft, loss or damage?

We offer optional parcel insurance to quickly resolve any theft, loss or damage you might unfortunately encounter.

This can be added to your order at checkout and is provided by Route

4. Can I cancel my order?

All orders are processed immediately, so there will be no cancellations afforded on any purchases. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct items, and we are not liable for any accidents or mistakes made by the customer in this regard.
